Lead time
Every item is made to order in Fujian. Standard lead time is 7-10 business days. A custom colour, size or engraving adds about 3 business days before dispatch.
Shipping
We ship worldwide with tracking. Free shipping over $75; below that a flat rate is quoted at checkout. Transit is typically 7-14 days after dispatch.
Returns
Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Custom-fit and personalised pieces are made to your measurements and are final sale unless faulty.
Damaged in transit
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund — no argument.
